Beautiful store with plenty on offer, Luis was nothing but friendly, showed me some different items and helped me pick out a gift for my business partner. I'd highly recommend this store to anyone with a passion for medieval collectibles. Awesome store, will definitely be back.
I returned later in the day to buy something in thiss shop and the guy said they were closed, keep in mind the shop closes at 5pm (I was there at 4:10pm) now I will have nothing to remember from this so called "german" town
Person was extremely rude from the moment I walked in, was looking at buying a gift for my girlfriend and he dismissed my original questions, when I found something I took a photo to see which of the two versions she wanted and the owner got angry. He desperately needs to learn about customer service because his terrible attitude has lost himself several sales based off the reviews.
