My room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and stores. However, the hotel is very close to the Portland Museum, which is wonderful!

95% of the staff have been wonderful, very polite and helpful, we did however run into one that was curt and dismissive. The room was very clean but had a musty smell. Location wise it's nicely in the Arts district but a bit of a walk to the bay. There's a wonderful bar on top of the hotel called Top of the East, great place for a drink and small plates.
My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Adeline Wellness during our visit to Portland. From the moment we walked in, Emily at the front desk greeted us with such genuine warmth and kindness—she truly was a ray of sunshine and immediately made us feel welcome. We recently completed an outstanding 6-night stay at the Westin Portland Harbor View, and we cannot recommend it enough! Prospective guests should completely ignore the negative reviews from overly pampered, entitled travelers.
