I coach volleyball and I played collegiately, so I have a lot of old injuries that resurface when I'm not extremely proactive in stretching. I had so much pain in my neck and shoulder that I could barely sleep for almost a week. I went in to get my shoulder worked on, and Thomas not only alleviated that pain immensely, but he also pinpointed areas where I have had other injuries in the past and helped there too. Thomas is amazing! He is very insightful and thorough. He has helped me to understand the root cause of the issues I have been experiencing, what I can do to rehabilitate them, and how to prevent further problems. After each session I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of my body.
Tiffany is excellent - simply the best massage therapist I have ever worked with, particularly for tension related pain. She has an excellent understanding of anatomy and has a very intentional approach. 10/10 would recommend.
