On Monday, November 22nd I had an appointment with Artistry Aesthetics at 12:00pm. I arrived at their office at 12:00pm. The Office Manager told me I was late and considered a no show; they could not see me. I told her I had an appointment at 12:00 and I'm right on time. She then said I needed to be there 15 minutes early to prep. I was never told this. She then said it's a $150.00 no show fee. I said "I'm here on time." Artistry Millwork is an awesome local mill with access to quality hardwoods you won’t find elsewhere in the Tri-Valley. If you’re looking for any size board for your project or custom milling, I’m sure they can help you.
