Artistic Video installed a system for us a while back. It still works perfectly, and is flexible enough to stay contemporary. I popped in to ask for advice . Steve was generous with his time and suggested an answer to my issue which worked perfectly. My husband and I recently hired Artistic Video & Sound to do some Audio and Video work in our home. They met with us to go over what we wanted and followed through with all aspects of the job. We appreciated their professionalism through the entire process, and afterwards by responding to any questions that we had. We are very satisfied customers and would highly recommend them.
Artistic installed our home theater 20 years ago and we love it. Recently we bought a new large TV, needed new equipment, and had to move things around. Discussed everything with Keith, and Kevin was our installer and hook up expert for the new central channel speaker and other equipment. Was very pleased with the recommendations on the new equipment we needed and super pleased with Kevin’s work on both set ups at home. He stuck with it until everything worked.
I've been dealing with Artistic for over 10 years, and I can't say enough great things about them. I've also referred them to a number of my custom home customers, and everyone raves about their customer service.
