The manager yelled at me over the phone. My second attempt booking an appointment with them, they called me on the phone to inform me my appointment was cancelled. I told them cancelling the appointment two hours before the appointment is unprofessional. He yelled at me. They were disorganized and rude with customers.

I hate this school and forced to finish with the disrepect. Teacher's and staff treat you like slaves no time to study finish reviews or test at all. I tried to do school work and finish my reviews and got threaten that they will clock me out. Even when I wanted to finish services on my manikin was threat that they will clock me out.

I was a student there and recently left. This school is only for people who speak spanish. Instructors don't care about the students unless they're one of their "favorites" they don't help and are sometimes no where to be found when you need them. Most students are very unproffessional. The color only line the school uses is clairol. The kit is pure cheap garbage. Straighteners that won't last a month and $3 shears. I agree that this place is so poorly run and supervised. students yelling and carrying on and the instructor joining them. Had a mani pedi with my daughter, the place was dirty, the towels were gross and the polish literally slid of our nails in 3 hours. Instructor was on her cell phone and never checked the students work. I feel that if people are paying they should at least do a better job than a 6 year old would. A huge waste of $45 and shame on Groupon for having them on their site
