I had the absolute best experience with Jenn at Artistic Esthetic Spa! She did an amazing job on my gel manicure and pedicure—her attention to detail and precision were flawless. I have been going to this spa for the last few years and have nothing but great experiences. However I recently went to get a $325 (before tax AND a $20 tip) microneedling session and was very upset with the way it went. I was not given numbing as they have a “new machine” which I was told does not hurt. I expected some pain regardless as microneedling is usually a little sore when being done, however I was on the verge of tears throughout the whole session. My first time with ellina was amazing. She understood fully what I wanted for a haircut. I will definitely be coming back and telling my friends keep up the good work at artistic spa.
Ellina is wonderful. She is conscientious and you can tell that she works hard at her trade in her time outside work. I love both my cut and colour. She’s a master at colouring! She takes her time and is very thoughtful. Genuine, sweet and great at what she does. She works very hard; it’s lovely to see such effort today. Thanks Ellina! I can’t wait to return to her.
