The worst company ever. I paid him in full, I asked the release several times and today I received a Claim of Lien on my property because he didn't pay his subcontractor LAJG CONCRETE. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH RAY , HE'S THE OWNER! Also the quality of his driveway is really bad, the fake grass is so bad installed.
Hired them, paid them and 1 month later got a lien on my property from the cement company that they never received payment from Artistic concrete. Currently under investigation by the DA for organized malicious coercion to exploit the public.

They only poured 4" even though the code and permit requires 6" of concrete. Cracks where the driveway meets the asphault kept us from passing the final inspection. After several attempts to get them to come back and correct the issues the owner Reinier Rodriguez literally to... read more
