I had my experience with artist photographer maybe a little over a year ago. I could not be happier with my photo and the printout is great. The reason for the 2 stars is because when I asked what I had won a competition for, the receptionist told me it was because they are redoing the photography in their office. That same day when I googled them, I realised this is just a marketing thing. I have no issue with marketing campaigns, especially ones where I (the customer) gets a free gift.
