A bit of a scam, we won a free photography session with A4 portrait, then had to pay $300 deposit which just happened to be the exact amount to get an A4 image framed. The session was great but the post session meeting was just a massive upsell & pressure to spend more. We didn't buy more. Since our portrait has been finished everything has been extremely inflexible & unhelpful as if they can't get any more money out of us so they don't care.
