I had another terrible experience at Artisan's Bank today. I need to physically go to a branch about 3 times a year and for the last two years each time has been more painful than the time before. I've been a client of Artisan's Bank for about 20 years and was happy to remain with a local bank, but with service that's repeatedly this poor, I'll be changing to a bank that can provide the necessary services in a timely manner.
You guys are great. Need to have a branch in Middletown DE... Have to drive 30 minutes to reach you guys!
