Stopped by Artesian Vapor in Dallas and unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience. The staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the products and it felt more like a push to sell than actually helping me find what I needed. I left feeling unsure about what I was being told and didn’t feel confident in making a purchase. Hoping they improve the customer experience, but I wouldn’t personally go back.
