Stopped by 2 or 3 months ago. Spent about a hour for her to look at my seat and match the existing material. I never did receive a response back. My wife gave them another chance. She inquired about recovering a out door swing. At least she got a reply 6 weeks later. Total waste of our time. I will never consider them again. Don't waste you time, go somewhere else.

The quality of workmanship and service is exceptional!! right from a custom boat cover to a wall tent to a jacket zipper.they always had the stuff I dropped off completed always before the agreed timeline. I can’t say enough good about artisan mobile.
