The staff is simply amazing! Ryan, Michael and Mark in maintenance are always there to answer a question or concern you may have. We had an A/C issue and within 10 minutes of my phone call, Mark was at the door! You don’t receive that prompt, professional service at most places. Turns out we needed the heating and air company to come out. Mark got it arranged and he brought us a portable unit to use while the repair was being done. We received same day service! We’ve had a great experience at Artisan at Mills River! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The townhomes are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. Kudos to Michael! I stopped by The Artisan at Mills River without an appointment after hearing about it from my realtor. Even though he was assisting another client, he was incredibly kind and welcoming. He invited me to relax by the pool while I waited, and we had a great conversation.
