My son with Down Syndrome had an appointment for evaluation for hearing aids and was treated very well.
Toni was cordial, clear and nice. She took her time explaining things. She asked if i understood. She acted professionally from beginning to end.
Everyone in the office made me feel at home. Very professional and explained everything they were doing. I has been a great experience. I am excited to get my first hearing aids next week!
Ronnie is amazing!!! Always willing to go above and beyond to help. She restored our families ability to have conversations with my dad! And He is now able to enjoy his great grandchildren even more because he can hear what they are saying to him which brings him great joy!!! I highly recommend this facility!
