They essentially stole $300 from me. I ordered the Momento **** d20 almost 2 years ago and never received it. When I reached out to them to see if there was any sort of update I was completely ignored. Unfortunately, my bank will not process claims that are older than six months old so I never got a refund either. Do not buy from them they are a scam.

We ordered the whole Memento **** dice over 2 years ago for $3,000.00. They never sent us the dice and when we requested a refund, we did not hear anything back from them. This was supposed to be my wedding gift in lieu of a ring due to the high price tag. I have ordered with them previously. I have a mushroom set from them for over $300.00 that took over a year and a half. However, they did communicate that the delay was due to a quality issue and I gave them the time. I ordered in February ************************ refund. Also they cut all correspondence. I'm very disappointed. As a business person and nerd. I'm advising all not to use them for anything. IF I get my money back I will update. This is ridiculous.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered dice for my husbands birthday 12/17/22. We are close to **** and I have not been giving a clear answer for an ETA. I understand there was a shipment delay but to not be provided any further details is asinine. I sent an email on 11/15/23 and have heard crickets. I wouldnt recommend ordering anything from this company.

I ordered a bone D20 Memento **** dice on August 23, 2022. Almost a year later I emailed them to ask about the order and got a response that they were still waiting for a bone shipment.I waited a few more months and decided to cancel my order and request a refund. Since that first response I have not gotten any return emails, the phone number doesn't connect me to anyone and even after reaching out on their other sources of ******* have been ignored.At this point I just want my money back.

I placed an order from Artisan Dice on February 28th, 2023. It is now June 27th, 2023, 17 weeks after I ordered, and I have yet to receive any communication (despite multiple follow-**** from Artisan Dice besides the initial order confirmation which stated it would take **** weeks to manufacture.These are the most expensive dice I've personally ever ordered, and the lack of transparency and communication is frustrating. Did their kickstarter for two Titanium d6 dice. Never delivered. Just took the money and ran. And it wasn't due to them going out of business ... they are still up and running. So they could have offered something else to compensate if the titanium versions were too difficult to manufacture. They could have at least offered me something else instead. But nope ... just pocketed the money and kept on doing business.

Placed an order with them through their website for multiple sets of dice with an estimated wait time of 10-14 weeks. At 18 weeks, they told me there would be delays. 9 MONTHS later, over a year after paying, we inquired and were told there were staffing shortages and were told it'd be another month. After another year and several excuses later and eventually blocking me from their social media, I retained a lawyer and threatened to sue if the purchase wasn't refunded. Artisan Dice make the best wooden dice on the planet. I have ordered from them 8 times, and every order met or exceeded expectations. They were late fulfilling one order, but I received the order about 2 weeks later with an extra d20. They were happy to give me a refund for dice that I had difficulty reading. My orders have ranged from an expensive set in a reliquary to a single d20 in a metal tin. My only disappointment with Artisan Dice is that I haven't been able to get all the dice from them I wanted.
