I booked well in advance for a treatment that has a two week downtime. I had to have the treatment by the day I had booked so it had time to heal in time for a function I am holding. Upon arrival, they informed me they were unable to do it. I have been to this clinic before, so they had my full medical history. Upon arrival (not before I made the trip to get there, or when I made the appointment) I was told I have a medical condition (that they were aware of) that did not allow them to perform the procedure. Extremely disappointed fillers Lasted no more than 2 months went to see doctor Linda Williams and she did not want anything to do with my complaint . Charges nearly three times more than others, end result, hardly any change
I won’t be going to this place again.
The staff admit to not even remembering clients once they leave the clinic. Was quoted $500 for a session on cool scupting & almost forced to come in... then was told it was actually $5000. Poor service, poor staff manner. Theres 100 of these clinics in Brisbane.... be sure to go elsewhere
Recently enjoyed my first treatment with Nurse Kristy whose impressive level of knowledge and professionalism had me feeling at ease from start to finish. Beyond pleased with my results and will definitely be returning to visit Kristy and the rest of the helpful team at the clinic.
