Words cannot fully capture how grateful I am for my mom’s experience at Artis and for the incredible staff who care for her every day. She has lived here for over a year, and I can honestly say she has found not only a home, but a second family. My mom is always clean, happy, and exceptionally well cared for. Update: still little communication and response from management. Residents still freely go in and out of my mother’s. Room and steal or wake her at 1am and get into bed with her. Ve repeatedly asked them to lock her door. No response! Poor management and training of care staff. Get a camera for your family members room. My mother has been there about 9 months. She has mild dementia and still enjoys activities, socializing and learning. Overall, this is a good move for her. Her room is small but she has a private bath and com... read more

Ever since my dad moved into Artis, I’ve seen such a big difference in him. One of the most amazing things has been his activity. He’s actually walking more and even standing up straighter. It’s been really incredible to see. I honestly think the whole environment plays a role in that. There’s just something about the way everything is set up and how the team supports him day-to-day.
