I've use Noemi's service post-pandemic mostly on doing my taxes. She's always on time, very professional, and very helpful. So far, no complaints. I've being reading other users comments. Even lawyers make gross errors. It happened twice to me.
They were supposed to be in charge of my parents case however not only did they neglect the cases all together, they also do not respond to calls or messages. I don’t know why? she worked amazingly on my uncles case but when it came to mine they just ignored me. This is incredibly unprofessional and I cannot get a hold of them bc again no calls no messages. Pay the extra money and go to a real attorney because thanks to her i would’ve had to submit all the payments and paperwork again bc she neglected the case so long! Thank... read more
I know this place for so many years and it was always a great service, But my last experience was very disappointing about my Immigration case, my documents were never filed to Immigration and we lost a whole year waiting for an answer from INS
It was ok few years ago. Now they are too busy, lost documents, last name mistaken, Send info of someone else as mine to IRS . Need organizer.
