If I could give you zero stars I would, I ordered from you guys three weeks ago my order came and was missing a pair of pants. I sent an email via your website and had no response for a week so I then contacted your instagram and got a response being told someone would get back to me that day. That was a week ago. I have emailed 3 times no response about a package I received as it was missing an Item , I also reached out to there insta page initially got a response but they also said they would look into it but have not back to me either .. really disappointed in there customer service I thought they would be more professional in regards to keeping there customers informed
purchased an article 1 jacket about a year ago (i believe its the Lennon Hooded Bomber Jacket in Black) and for the first month it was amazing, however the quality control is horrific. Within 1-2 months the outer most zipper handle broke rendering the outer zip useless. Then within 6 months of ownership (wearing it around 2 times a week) rips and tears began appearing at the seams across the back of the jacket.
