I'm writing this to express my disappointment in the way Stuart Styles of Arthumac (Private Debt Funder) has handled my investments that my entities made with Arthumac. It is possibly a significant financial loss that may arise. Despite many emails requesting progress reports Stuart seems reluctant to provide answers providing a clear path of action for the recovery of funds advanced. the loans were in default nearly 2 years ago and there is still no clear resolution in sight.
Ive been with Arthurmac for just over 2 years, i had originally taken out a private mortgage with them, it was a higher interest rate, but I made sure I always paid loan on time. They have now offered & approved a new lower rate 30 year mortgage for me (one of there new products), very happy with the process, and because they knew first hand of my repayment history they made the application process a lot more easier, the big four banks use to treat there customers like this, but not anymore, could not recommend them more hig... read more
