Unfortunately, the number was not zero, otherwise, in my opinion, the merit of this office is less than 1. The secretary of this office is very rude and inconsiderate. It seems unlikely that the management of this collection hired such an uneducated person who is not even willing to answer as a secretary. At least move their table from the front door to a remote place so that they will not disturb your customers when they enter. Unfortunately, her professional ethics are awful.
He is the best. Whenever I have an issue that needs a notary, Arthur is my go to notary. He even helps me with my international stuff.
