Received our photos today and the entire order was wrong. The confirmation sheet attached to the cardboard clearly showed the correct images we selected, yet what arrived was completely different with wrong formats and photos that had nothing to do with what we actually ordered. We paid $68 for a Year 10 sport poster. What did we get? A full Year 12 poster. Not even close. I have ordered my son’s year 1 photo but comes the prep photo, I contacted them and received the cope of the prep photos again. I contacted them again and told I have to pay extra money for the year 1 photo.which was unacceptable. I just let it go as I don’t want to waste money and time on this. Very disappointed and sad.
Overpriced and a poor website it’s disgusting how they have monopolised the market.
My daughters photos were damaged by the rain when delivered, I have been chasing them up for 5 months via email and phone and I still haven’t received the new ones.
I ordered my son's prep photos, to then be able to see his mouth wasn't wiped and no one asked him to clean up before the photo. I called the office next day and they wouldn't photoshop without extra payment or cancel the package, apparently the order was printed already this is Monday 10am, order placed Sunday 11pm. Poor customer service.
