My daughters photos were damaged by the rain when delivered, I have been chasing them up for 5 months via email and phone and I still haven’t received the new ones.

I ordered my son's prep photos, to then be able to see his mouth wasn't wiped and no one asked him to clean up before the photo. I called the office next day and they wouldn't photoshop without extra payment or cancel the package, apparently the order was printed already this is Monday 10am, order placed Sunday 11pm. Poor customer service.

Worst school pics never been happy with them to a point where i stopped ordering pics A lot of parents did the same,after which school started factoring in school photo cost with the school fees.The company clearly does not care as they have only recd 1 star rating from everyone.Their response is generic.They ruined my son's year 12 pics which are meant to be his last at school.My phone takes better pics than these so called professional photographers.Don't know why our school uses them.DISSAPOINTMENT.Pls don't pay to het yo... read more

Honestly, really horrible photos. They don't adjust the color and students literally look like a tan went wrong, they don't even bother to remind student to relax before the photos are taken so they look stressed, nor do they tell us that our hair isn't in place causing the photos result to be messy, untidy, and stressed.

First year at a school who uses this company. Very disappointed. It appears they are not taking on any feedback from all of the negative reviews and continue to make the same mistakes.
