| Excellent experience with school photo resits | We had our Year 11 daughter take her portrait school photos at her school earlier this year, but unfortunately, a friend made her laugh at the wrong time and the photographer snapped a few when she wasn't ready. Because of the high volume of students being photographed, there wasn't any time to review the images on the day. It feels like just a money-making business. There is no clear photo properly taken.When taking the photo, the blazer should be framed so the school logo is clearly visible, rather than leaving empty space at the top. The selection options are also very poor.
Absolutely appalled by the experience with Arthur Reed Photos. For a company presenting itself as a professional school photography provider, the quality supplied was completely unacceptable for the price charged. Several photo prints were literally printed on top of one another with zero cutting tolerances on several photographs making proper separation impossible without damaging the photographs. 6 weeks ago, (the last week of term 1),I received the paper that says my daughters photos are ready to view and it also says view photos now, I put in the code provided it says ill receive an email when the photos are ready for me to view, I look on my daughters school account and they have her photo, I email them to ask when ill be able to view and then purchase the photos they say they cant give my a time frame, really bad service, 6 weeks ago I received the paper saying her photos are ready to view and the school has her ... read more
If I could give a 0 Star for this company I would, customer service very unhelpful only to be told that the photos had returned to them and we would need to pay for them to be resent out - not one company do I know that would try to send a package with incomplete information - very poor communication not willing to take any responsibility!
