If you are looking at using TD Bank for any mortgage, DON’T. My recent experience with TD mortgage clearly shows that this bank is incompetent and change the lending guidelines to suit them. I bought a house in January 2025 for a primary residence, but as soon as I purchased it, the HOA was a nightmare.
