Very disappointing. I have an inheritance dispute going with my brother and I needed them desperately to help me with pro bono help. They had some Junior Associate type contact me back and said they could help me for a retainer of 10,000-20,000 dollars, but they couldn’t help me upon a pro bono basis because it would represent a “conflict of interest”. How can it be OK if I pay them a whole bunch of money, but THE EXACT SAME CASE is a “conflict of interest” if it’s pro bono??? WHAT TOTAL NONSENSE…

My wife called them and asked for information regarding setting up A trust and will. Two weeks and they didn’t call back. She left a message at the helpdesk. Finally, she decided to call back again. Make sure that someone got the message still did not return any calls either. They have more business than they know what to do with or they don’t know how to be of service to the public.
