My wife called them and asked for information regarding setting up A trust and will. Two weeks and they didn’t call back. She left a message at the helpdesk. Finally, she decided to call back again. Make sure that someone got the message still did not return any calls either. They have more business than they know what to do with or they don’t know how to be of service to the public.
