Art has been very helpful for our business. He is knowledgeable and has been great to work with.
Do not use Art Cone. I've been using their tax service for years. This year however, they failed to file for me by the deadline due to an employee leaving. I then incurred a penalty from both Federal and State departments, as well as interest on top of the fee. He refused to reimburse or even offer a credit for next years taxes. I understand their work load was extremely heavy but his actions to rectify the situation were exceptionally unprofessional and unethical.
