Poor service. Be prepared to be stressed out last minute since the mortgage documents won't be sent to your lawyer on time
Arthur was exceptional throughout the mortage process. He was very knowledgeable and patient during all my mortage touch points. Not only was he able to get us the best possible rate but he also provided excellent customer service. If there was an option I would given him 10 stars.
