I attended this clinic after having a total knee replacement and participated in the Bundle of Care program. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in the right place! Everyone was friendly, welcoming and encouraging! I met with Elizabeth for my initial assessment. She was professional and more importantly, very knowledgeable! I spent the next 6 visits with Emily, whose constant positivity and encouragement were so appreciated! I highly recommend CBI Ancaster for any physiotherapy needs!

Excellent experience with PT Joe. She was thorough and efficient in her assessment and gave me realistic timelines to meet the goals. Joe was very knowledgeable and patient as she navigated my care plan weekly. The entire experience from booking onwards was seamless. Highly recommend!
