What wonderful customer service! everyone I spoke to over email responded super quickly and with exactly the answers needed, sometimes even correctly anticipating the next query and saving us all time! just wonderful. Also really happy with the product we ordered. It was easy enough to put together and think it will last for years to come.
The wardrobe is a excellent piece of furniture and when built it is solid the amount of space inside the wardrobe is fantastic my wife’s idea was to declutter the bedroom with lots of different units and this wardrobe certainly had the space to take everything When I was reading reviews before purchasing people were saying hard to build and lack of identifying the different pieces my advice go online and read the instructions before it comes then lay it out so you know what pices go where and it’s easy enough to build Also c... read more
I was very hesitant before purchasing it, but it is of incredible quality for its price. Customer service is very attentive. The storage area is very nice and big
We have the BC-03 Vertical Wall Bed Concept and matching wardrobes. They are great. My son loves his new bedroom and is enjoying the extra space once the bed is folded away! It took me and my son (with occasional help from my husband) a full 2 days to build all of it. The instructions could be clearer, but OK if you take your time and make sure you have the correct parts. The trickiest part is the actual installation.
