We have the BC-03 Vertical Wall Bed Concept and matching wardrobes. They are great. My son loves his new bedroom and is enjoying the extra space once the bed is folded away! It took me and my son (with occasional help from my husband) a full 2 days to build all of it. The instructions could be clearer, but OK if you take your time and make sure you have the correct parts. The trickiest part is the actual installation. Bought two bits of furniture from Arthauss, furniture is very nice it came flat packed and was easy enough to build. Communication was excellent from when it was getting dispatched till I received the items, first I got a date with a short window for delivery as time got nearer my delivery I got a text from the delivery guy with a 15 min window on the day I received my delivery at the time they said it would be so there was no hassle waiting about they came when they said they would. Very good experience.
Fab service, delivered bang on time. Easy to put together, instructions were easy to follow. Great quality, looks lovely. Customer service second to none, Special thanks to Hubert!
