I’ve been a member at Artha going on 5 months. The management at this facility is terrible especially the manager KAZIA. She is highly unsophisticated, impersonal and sloppy in person and not a good representation of a “wellness” space. I’ve heard many other people with the same complaints about her. She seems like a very unhappy individual and everyone can sense that and ruins the vibe whenever she is around. Hopefully this low quality management issue is fixed soon.
I showed up for a 7 AM class I booked and the doors were locked and no one was there. Quite possibly the worst impression of a studio you can possibly get.
I hate to do this. Artha is a cool place but I’m doing the one star because the front desk staff is so horrible. This is a wellness spot and the front desk staff should be kind. Instead they have an attitude problem and if you look at other reviews you’ll see other people are having the same problem. Update: I left this review a few weeks ago and I can see that Artha responds to the positive reviews but doesn’t have the professional courtesy to respond to this or other negative reviews.
