I am extremely dissapointed in my artwork. It has not held up to the environmental elements at all. My piece has rusted and now my home needs to be repainted where the piece had hung. Damon assured me he would fix the problem and I sent it back. I still have the same issue and I have asked for a refund. Damon has not responded to my many emails. I expected him to stand behind his work. He has not.
Absolutely love my made-for-me piece! Jill was patient with me as I decided and so very helpful! Went above and beyond.
They do an excellent job on these pieces. They are great quality, sturdy, beautiful.
I called and spoke with Jill about a custom piece based off of our cabin logo. I also had a tight deadline as it was a birthday gift. She was so willing to work with me, took my design and revamped it for a metal piece. Not only did they meet my timeframe, but the sign is absolutely spectacular! All of us were blown away and it is so much more than we expected. They are true artisans. Couldn’t be happier!
The metal flag with the Pledge of Allegiance was to be a gift for my 41 year old son in law. Sadly he passed away suddenly 8 days before Christmas. I gave it to my daughter and 2 young grandsons on Christmas Day, telling them who I had bought it for. When they opened it they loved it and we began to cry.
