Bought the most beautiful lamp, fantastic customer experience.
I love arteriors the brand, really cool items and I have ordered before. I saw a couple chandeliers I wanted to check out and called into the showroom. Jonathan answered and and said to come on in to see things in person, and not only that but they are having. showroom sale where everything is 50- 70% off so they can bring in new items. Went by the showroom this afternoon to view 2 light fixtures (3pm 1/17). The male salesperson behind the desk did not bother to come to the door to greet me and just sat behind his desk and shook his head “no”. As a business owner, I would never allow such poor customer service.
