Purchased the perfect chandelier at the outlet after quite a search. Christopher James was just so awesome to work with. He really listened to what I had in mind and his suggestions and attention to detail made it all a great experience.

I showed up at 3:30pm on Saturday Labor Day weekend to a closed store with a sign on the door that said closing at 3 pm! It would have been nice to know that before I drove over there!
