Charles is a nice guy, family man. He really listens to your health problems and you can tell he cares. He was able to move the pain out of my shoulder, it shifted to the neck and then out. I was also having someone do distance reiki, I'm sure that didn't hurt. A few days later my shoulder was good enough to go back to work. See my other review about 2 birds Thai Massage, Melanie increased my range of motion dramatically once Charles took away the pain!
