My daughter and I stopped in today. We made a purchase and were helped by Paula. She was friendly, kind, cheerful and accommodating. Huge props to Paula. However, the manager on duty today was rude, unwelcoming, completely lacked any warmth or hospitality. Cannot ever recommend shopping here again. It’s called Customer Service, work on it. Artemesia is my favorite Geneva, IL women’s clothing store. Its combination of stylish, high-end textiles; artisan craftsmanship; attentive service; and classic pieces you won’t find elsewhere, keep me coming back again and again. Oh, and besides great clothing, the store features a wide array of footwear, jewelry, and art for the discerning shopper. It’s a don’t-miss destination with a can’t-miss collection of unparalleled merchandise. Be sure to stop in; you’ll be glad you did. 😊❤️🌈
The customer service is hit or miss. My last visit was a miss. Unfriendly, not welcoming. The employee acted annoyed by my presence, even though I was chill and didn't need assistance. Her attitude was off-putting. I'm not the only one who noticed, aparent by other comments here.
