Appointments ran on time. Nice layout to the new space with a sitting area in front and massage rooms in the back to minimize foot traffic past the massage rooms allows for a more relaxing massage experience. Will try and go back for a deep tissue massage as swedish massage was a little light for my preference.
Dragonfly was great and I am sad that it has changed into a "spa".
I used to love this business, and a few of their therapists are really excellent, but they changed their location at the last minute prior to my appointment (less than 24 hours in advance of it, in fact) and then charged me a fee for cancelation, because I didn't give them 24-hour advance notice that I could not make it. They didn't do me the same courtesy, even though I have a condition that prevents me from driving (I used to walk to their previous location). This was not by choice. On January 26, I had the opportunity to visit your establishment. While I was in the common area using my phone to communicate, I did not notice any signs indicating that phone usage was prohibited. Unfortunately, I had an encounter with a staff member that felt somewhat disrespectful, and it left me feeling undervalued as a customer. While waiting with my daughter, a therapist entered the room without any acknowledgment, and her facial expressions caught us both off guard.
