This place is just terrible considering what their purpose is. I called a few weeks ago for my daughter who has been traumatized along with her children because of DV. The person I spoke to pretty much said my daughter needs to call, even though their website specifically states that family members can. My daugher called. Explained that she was in the middle of a custody case, she was put on hold and transferred to an advocate, she was put on hold again and given a name and number to call. Nothing else. I called Artemis even going through DV and they have helped me with so many resources and have been immensely supportive. There advocates are amazing and doing Gods work!!! Thank you Artemis for everything!!!!
Terrible organization with bad management that doesn't follow through with their clients and debts them basic access to legal help that they are promised to receive. Bernadette sabotaged everything. She lied and she had Lydia lie too. They claimed they were trying to help me but they didn't help me. They gave me the run around for nothing. They lied and said they put in an application for legal assistance through a special fun but she didn't. Lydia lied to me and so did Bernadette.
