We drove over 2 hours to get to their store which advertises 10am opening because their outlet in Ottawa closed a number of years ago. We sat in the parking lot till 11am while trying to call and email them since 10am to see if anyone was coming shortly to open the store only to eventually have a return call to say that no one was there and a person can be there in approximately another hour if we were willing to wait.
