EXCELLENT! I found the item I wanted online, the price was right, so I said I'd pay cash upon delivery. His delivery man immediately pointed out a crack and said they'd bring me a new one next week. But I wanted to use it NOW so I gave him the cash (foolishly) and then hoped he'd really return with the new one. Then I worried I'd never see or hear from them again. He just delivered a new, perfect one and even helped me move the stuff from the old item to the new item. He was so helpful and kind. So hah(!) to my friends who s... read more
