Takes months to have orders filled. Wish the NOJF Foundation would find a different vendor.
Bought a poster from these guys and the quality was sub-par. Customer service was lack-lustre as well. Overall it was a disappointing shopping experience.
Affiliated with "PrintXchg," an outfit that purports to match-up buyers and sellers of jazz fest posters from previous years. Appeared to work well a year or two ago. Presently, really bad "service": "forgot" to send a check for the sale of a poster, then deleted entire account when asked for help to delete just two posters from portfolio. Company appears to be run by a bunch of slouches. Do not recommend.
