Overall disappointed with the buying experience. I had a custom order sectional sofa. The full order was charged to my card at order, not delivery (more customary). When the delivery was scheduled the deliver of 3 of 4 pieces was scheduled. I had to inform them there were 4 pieces. When the pieces were delivered the delivery staff would not hold up the commitments from the sales person at Art Van to relocate the old furniture to it's new location.
