My husband and I went to Art to Zen wellness for a free health seminar, it was very informative. We left there with more knowledge on how to take back control of our own health. After the information part of the seminar you are given the option to to make an appointment for a consultation to determine the best course of action for each persons unique health journey. This is probably the best one in Cookeville, TN. They helped my daughter a lot with sleep issues.
A nice place to keep your body young. They have a variety of procedures. Some traditional, some exotic, but in my opinion that is a plus. Evryone can find something that works for him. )
