DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!! We have been waiting almost 3 months for our account to be credited because the delivery date kept changing for our order. We had to cancel because there was no way we would have received it in time for pictures. Very very poor customer service on managements part. The reps who answer the phone ARE very nice and quickly apologize for the upper level not doing their job. It is not their fault.
I like their costume options and do find the prices a bit high but otherwise have no complaints.
Donna at Art Stone was so very helpful with assisting me with correcting a costume hiccup! She was able to navigate me through the entire process seamlessly. She even offered to call me after hours to solve the issue. So thankful for Art Stone and her customer service.
So thankful for Artstone. Beautiful costumes, always. Our representative Donna Dale makes every transaction smooth and seamless. She goes above and beyond to make sure our costumes are correct, arrive on time and makes sure our overall satisfaction is at its highest. If we ever have any issues, she is right there to help us get them resolved. You can't ask for a better representative!!!
