I would not use him for an estate sale. I have seen him take merchandise that was suppose to be sold, he takes with him. He will not price anything below 6-10 dollars, so when you get up the pay, he says he likes to negotiate, but he does not. It is more of a take it or leave it. If he responds to this, he will say this is a SCAM account. I am not a scam account. This is a business email account. There are some good estate sale people out there, Art is not one of them.
