As a sex therapist i meet with many PTs and Jenna hands down is the best i’ve ever met. She goes above and beyond for her patients by hosting informative webinars and getting other professionals together. I personally refer to her all the time and do so without hesitation.
I cannot speak highly enough of the folks here. Jamie did an exceptional job making me feel well-informed and safe throughout the whole healing process. I am feeling better than I ever have before, in no small part thanks to Jamie. I highly recommend looking into pelvic floor physical therapy for anyone else who has been dealing with chronic pain for too long—I have a whole new life!
I can’t recommend Art of Motion and Jenna highly enough. I went from living with consistent, excruciating pain to truly understanding how to move my body correctly, and the reduction in my chronic pain has been nothing short of dramatic.
