This center brings alot of happiness to my life. Courses taught here like Art of Living Mediation taught me valuable skills in active listening and empathy, which have been crucial in both personal and professional interactions. The process helped me gain perspective, reducing my stress and anxiety during disputes. Overall, it empowered me to approach challenges with a collaborative mindset rather than a confrontational one.
It truly has been a great experience learning the SKY meditation with Avinash and Santosh! They are very supportive, wonderful and dedicated teachers who give back so much to help others. It is so important to learn how to meditate to stay centered and calm to handle stress in everyday life. Thank you so much for helping me get started on this journey !!
It was a great experience! Being the part of the program added a touch of positivity in my life and made me a more healthy person. Even the smallest things have brought significant changes in my life. Another great thing about the retreat was meeting diffrent people from all around the world. Especially the instructor Santosh ji who was very kind and helpful through out the process.
