Place of clam and peace!
I recently took the Sanyam course, and it was truly outstanding. It took my meditation practice to a whole new depth I hadn't touched before. There was a real sense of inner reset by the end. Truly amazing!
I did this program in Colombia, Southamerica and continue this practice Sudarshan Kriya and Sanyam. It’s very good I recommend
