Like most people, I have had ups and downs in my life. I was perpetually mulling over my past, going down the " should have, would have" pathway. I would feel drained on Monday morning, not looking forward to another work week. My friend gave me "Stumbling into infinity" and I was intrigued after reading it. Practicing Sudarshan kriya has helped me in so many ways. It is truly the easiest way to improve total (mental and physical) well-being. It has helped me so much after I was diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis, an autoimmune disorder.

I took the Online SKY program after being recommended to help in improving my breathing for sports. The online course was everything I expected, well organized, convenient schedule and with incredible teachers. I regularly practice the SKY meditation since then and have found a huge improvement in my breathing in addition to many other benefits the meditation brought.
