Absolutely no customer service. Have called with two separate issues and neither was resolved. I have ordered from Ehrman in the UK for At least 20+ years and have NEVER had a problem. The Art Needlepoint kits are seriously short of thread (which they never send more of when they say they will), they don’t provide you with a chart (just a crappy little picture) and the color selection of threads they send are wildly off course. Two times horrible experiences, paid for said amount of yarn included with canvases and was shorted both times. Phone calls went on and on with no responses or call backs. Finally went to better business bureau and my credit card company. Canvases images not clear at all. If you had good experience with this company, who tends to relocate there address too often, good for you.
