Did not show up to pick up my Mom as scheduled. Kept calling was told they were coming but never did. Then on last call they said would be another hour! Disorganized! Had to arrange other transport!

Worst company ever! They picked up my aunt after dialyses 9 HOURS LATE! Their drivers smelled like alcohol, the owners are VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! If I could I would give them 0 stars DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had a very good experience with them taking my uncle to dialysis. The driver was very professional and the staff is very caring. Definitely, recommended.

I had a driver named Gleb who speaks fluent English and Russian. He has great customer service skills, and I could not be more pleased with him, the cleanness of his car and always on time arrival. If the rest of the drivers in the company are like him, then it is a very good company to use.
