Last week I took 6 towels to get monogramed with navy blue thread. When I picked them, up 2 were in navy and 4 in silver. The excuse was, the lady that did them said it wouldn't look good. ( NOT HER CHOICE TO MAKE ) I was not contacted about the decision even though they had my phone number. With several phone calls to Tabitha, she agreed to redo the towels, however, I was to sign a waiver releasing them from the liability if my towels were damaged.
